1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Funnel Fuse, LLC collects, uses and shares information in connection with the Vibe Build Live offer, its pages, its checkout and its related emails. It applies to this funnel. Other Funnel Fuse properties may have their own notices.

• Purchase information: what you bought, when, the amount, and whether you are on a payment plan
• Program information: sessions you book, calls you attend, and requests you make of our team

• Affiliate information: the affiliate link or code, if any, that referred you

We do not collect or store full payment card numbers. Card details are collected and processed by our payment provider inside their own secure fields.

4. Marketing email and SMS

By enrolling you agree to receive email relating to the program you purchased. You may also receive marketing email, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message. If you provide a mobile number and separately consent to text messages, you may receive automated marketing texts. Consent to texts is never a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.

5. Who we share it with

We share information with service providers who help us run the offer, including our payment processor, our funnel and email platform, our community platform, our scheduling tool and our analytics providers. They may use the information only to provide services to us. We do not sell personal information.

We may disclose information where required by law, to enforce our Terms, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

Our pages use cookies and similar technologies for analytics, affiliate attribution and advertising measurement. Affiliate cookies record which affiliate referred you so commissions can be paid correctly. You can control cookies in your browser settings, though some functionality may not work without them.

We keep purchase and tax records for as long as required by law, and other personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described here or until you ask us to delete it.
