1. Earnings disclaimer

We make no guarantee of income, revenue, sales or business results from Vibe Build Live or from anything taught in it. This is an education and coaching program. Nothing on our pages, in our emails, on our calls or in our materials should be taken as a promise or guarantee of earnings.

Any figures we mention, including what a custom funnel build costs, what a session has previously sold for, or what any individual has achieved, are illustrative and are not typical, expected or guaranteed results. Your outcome depends on factors we do not control, including your offer, your market, your pricing, your traffic, your existing audience, your skill and the effort you put in. Many participants will not build a system at all if they do not do the work.

2. Testimonials and awards

Any testimonials reflect the individual experience of the person giving them and are not a representation that others will have the same experience. Awards and certifications referenced on our pages, including ClickFunnels certifications and recognitions, describe criteria met by Funnel Fuse or its founder and are not a statement about what any participant will achieve.

3. Affiliate program disclosure

We operate an affiliate program for this offer. When you register for our workshop or purchase from us, you may be automatically enrolled as an affiliate and given a unique tracking link.

• Commission rates are those published at the time of the sale. Rates may change for future promotions
• Commissions are earned on qualifying, completed purchases that are not refunded, charged back or cancelled
• Commissions are calculated on the net amount received, excluding taxes, fees and discounts
• Attribution is determined by our tracking system. Where two affiliates are involved, the last recorded referral applies
• Commissions are paid on a [PAYOUT SCHEDULE] basis, after any refund window has passed, subject to a minimum payout of [MINIMUM]
• Self referral, meaning purchasing through your own link, does not earn commission
• We may withhold or reverse commissions relating to fraudulent, refunded or disputed transactions

4. If you promote this offer

The Federal Trade Commission requires affiliates to clearly disclose a material connection when they recommend a product they may earn from. If you share your affiliate link, you must:

• State clearly and near your recommendation that you may earn a commission
• Place the disclosure where it is seen before someone clicks, not buried in a bio or footer
• Make only claims you can substantiate, and never promise income or results
• Never imply that Funnel Fuse guarantees results, or that you speak on our behalf
• Follow the rules of any platform you post on, and all applicable advertising and email laws

We may withhold commissions from, or remove, any affiliate who makes false or unsubstantiated claims, fails to disclose the relationship, uses spam, uses paid search on our brand terms without permission, or otherwise promotes the offer in a way that misleads people.

5. Our own affiliate relationships

Some links on our pages are affiliate links, including links to ClickFunnels. If you sign up through them we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. We recommend tools we actually use in our own business.

6. Not professional advice

Nothing in this program is legal, accounting, tax, financial or medical advice. You are responsible for your own compliance with the laws that apply to your business, including advertising rules, email and SMS rules, privacy law and the terms of any platform you build on.
